Drawing on everbay's years of experience in recruitment, the Funnel Editor is designed to enforce best practices in landing page creation, while allowing for minimal customisation. This ensures that every funnel is optimised for conversions, regardless of the recruiter's design expertise. The editor also features automated funnel creation using LLMs, instant optimization and updates to the funnel based on changes made in the editor, and a mobile-first approach with optimized page load speeds. These features ensure a seamless user experience for applicants and high click-through rates.
Meet Anna, an AI voice assistant designed to support recruiters during the early stages of the hiring process. As soon as an application is received, she can automatically call the applicant and have a natural, human-like conversation with them. She asks the specific questions selected by the recruiter from a curated catalogue, assesses language skills and gathers important information that is often omitted from CVs. After the call, the notes and data are sent straight to the recruiter’s dashboard. By taking over these initial screening calls, Anna frees up the team to focus on interviewing the best candidates, while also improving the quality of applicants overall.
